Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. You do not need to give a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must register your return online via your personal account. Please note that we don't accept return requests via email.
How to request a return:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Navigate to "Orders" in your account menu.
- Select the order containing the items you wish to return.
- Click on "Request Return" and follow the prompts to complete your request.
Once your request is submitted, you will receive further instructions on how to ship the products back to us.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period ends 30 days after the day you receive your order.
- If your order contains one product, the period starts on the day it is received.
- If your order contains multiple products delivered on different days, the period starts when the last product is delivered.
Returning the Products
After requesting your return via your account, the products must be returned within 14 days.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.
- Products should be returned in good condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is accepted, we will refund:
- The price paid for the returned products, and
- The standard delivery costs.
Please note:
- Extra delivery costs resulting from non-standard shipping options (such as express delivery) are not refunded.
- If only part of an order is returned, only the returned products will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded in this case.
Refund Timing & Payment Method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice (via the return request).
- We may wait to issue the refund until the products have been received or until you provide proof of return.
- Refunds are always made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Condition of Returned Products
Products may only be handled as much as necessary to inspect them.
A reduced refund may apply if:
- The products show signs of use beyond normal inspection, or
- The original packaging is missing or damaged.
